Dance (#writephoto)

I have another Doctor’s appointment this afternoon and I am seeking to distract myself with a bit of writing using this Thursday’s #writephoto prompt.

“Use the image and title provided as inspiration to create a post on your own blog… poetry, prose, humour… light or dark, whatever you choose, by noon (GMT)  on Wednesday each week,  and link back to the prompt post with a pingback to be included in the round-up.  There is no word limit and no style requirements, except to keep it fairly family friendly and not passionately political.”

The mists came together swirling and forming within the circle of stones. They silently danced in perfect harmony flashing colors lit by the pale sun. With a shout felt by the universe, they parted ways, dissipating into the sky and earth to await the next time to dance.

For some odd reason, I didn’t do poetry; although, my words might be considered poetic. Short and simple it is for today.  And, as always, I rarely complete/finish my works when I leave them.  So, it is what is.

    1. Heh. I’m being referred to a rheumatologist. They don’t have a clue to what is wrong; but, the markers indicate autoimmune. In the meantime, I’ve been given steroids to see if it helps which I will start taking tomorrow and it will gradually decrease in dosage for one week.

      1. Those are the kind of Doctor visits I hate…where there is no resolution and a referral to another doctor to boot! 😦 I hope it’s not auto-immune. 😦 Will keep you in my prayers. Hope you are feeling better soon. Please keep us posted.
